JAMES ANDREW
Born in 18th September 1671 - Died before 1749
A son of Nicholas Andrew, he was born at Truro on 18th September 1671 and died before 1749. His name is also given as Jeremias. On 16th February 1711 he married Constance Plummer, who was baptized 7th December 1687, a daughter of Thomas Plummer, yeoman of Probus, and Dorothy Carter. They had children:
1 John.
2 Mathew , baptized 7th April 1715.
3 Reverend James, baptized 27th July 1717.
4 Frances, baptized 27th July 1719. She married John Powell, churchwarden of Probus, Cornwall, in 1738.
5 Mary, baptized 22nd August 1722, and buried 20th August 1781. She married Thomas Bond, of Probus, on 31st January 1740.
6 Elizabeth, baptized 11th February 1724.
7 Nicholas, baptized 2nd Fwebruary 1726, and died young.
8 Nicholas, baptized 19th October 1729. He matriculated at Exeter College, Oxford 24th May 1748, BA 22nd June 1756.
9 Constance, baptized 14th August 1732, she married ----- James.
10 Unknown, baptized 8th February 1736 (name missing from transcript)
