JOHN HAFFENDEN MD

Baptized 18th November 1750 - Died 24th March 1808

 

A son of John Haffenden of Bethersden, Kent, he was baptized 18th November 1750, and died 24th March 1808 in Ashford. His body was carried to Bethersden and he was buried there on 29th March. He married Elizabeth, daughter of Thomas Tring; they had children:

1 John Haffenden, baptized at Maidstone 30th May 1784, died in February 1869.
2 Henry Haffenden.
3 Thomas Haffenden, born 30th November 1792, died in 1857.

John Haffenden practised as a surgeon and apothecary in Ashford, Kent
