WILLOUGBY ROSS LEGRAND JACOB

Born 27th May 1881 - Died 19th October 1940

 

 

A son of Francis Jacob, he was born on 27th May 1881, and died on 19th October 1940. He entered the Indian Civil Service, the Woods and Forest Department, on 24th November 1903, in the post of Assistant Conservator of Forests, and retired as Conservator of the same on 23rd February 1931. He married Winfred Mary Rowland in Calcutta on 10th May 1910.
