The son of Mathew Andrew of Trevilval, an administration to his property was granted in 1692. He married Margery (?) Weekes at Probus on 2nd August 1641. They had children:

1 Mathew, baptized on 19th November 1643. He married Elizabeth Burt at St Wimmow in 1674.
2 Richard, baptized in November 1645.
3 Elizabeth. In 1663 she married Richard Hoskin at Probus.
4 William, baptized 31st July 1648.
