Born in 1857, died in 1917. He married Olive Frances, daughter of the Reverend Henry Godfrey Le Neveu. They had a daughter:

1 Daphne Barbara, born 19th December 1922. In 1944 she married Major John Hugh Piper.
2 David Henry Edward MICE, born 6th January 1925. In 1952 He married Marion Dicken SRN, born 5th March 1930.
