Sir Marmaduke Darrell married Helenisia, daughter of William de Insula (de Lisle). They had issue:

Sir William Darrell, who married Joan, daughter of Sir William Holtby. They had issue:

Sir Marmaduke Darrell, who married Cecilia -----. They had issue:

Sir William Darrell, who married Elizabeth -----. They had issue:

Sir Marmaduke Darrell, who married Alice, daughter of Ranulph Pigott. They had issue:

Sir William Darrell, who married Emma -----. They had issue:

2 William Darrell
3 John Darrell of Calehill, who died in 1438. He married twice. By his first wife, Thomasine, daughter of Valentine Baret he had issue:

Thomas Darrell of Scotney, Kent, who died in 1422. He married Thomasine, daughter of Sir John Gresley. They had issue:

Henry Darrell, who married Elizabeth, daughter of John Cheney.

John Darrell of Scotney married secondly Florence, daughter of William Chicheley, and widow of Sir Nicholas Peake.
