A son of Amos Jacob of Ashford by his first wife Deborah, he was baptized at Ashford on 6th January 1664 and died before 12st September 1688. In his will, dated 19th May 1688, Amos gives and bequeaths to Amos son of his son Richard, late deceased, 10/-.
